三丝炒

Recently the weather is pretty hot and hazy and I have been cracking my head to prepare a non-heaty dish for my family.

One fine day, out of sudden the name of 三丝炒 come out from my mind. I have actually never had this dish before so I don’t know how it looks like and how it taste. So I’m gonna create my own way of 三丝炒.

After searching around of my kitchen I found some carrot, fungus and pork. So I’m gonna used these ingredient for the dish and sliced it. The reason why I sliced all the ingredients is because 三丝 means 3 type of sliced ingredient. 🙂

After sliced the pork I marinated it for an hour plus with some soy sauce and oyster sauce. Once everything is ready, stir fried it with a hot pan. Due to the cooked time for all the ingredient is different, I have put in the pork first follow by carrot and fungus. Before serve, add in a bit of salt for seasoning.

It’s an easy recipe and I can easily get the ingredient in my kitchen. 🙂
